The following costs are not included in the shipping costs, so payment may occur to the recipient depending on the delivery country.

If you have received a defective, damaged or wrong item, please contact us by e-mail 7 days of receipt.
Please note that if more than 7 days have elapsed, we will not be able to accept your request. We do not accept any returns or refunds for customer reasons after the shipment has been completed.
