iF Design Award 2022 – Sustainable Bamboo Trolley
Crafted from durable laminated bamboo, this trolley features a lightweight frame structure achieved with minimal materials and parts. Bamboo, a fast-growing and renewable resource, has become a leading material for sustainable design. The result is a refined product that blends Nordic design, eco-friendly bamboo, and exceptional craftsmanship—simple, yet warm and sophisticated.
The two-tiered melamine shelves are easy to clean and resistant to fingerprints. A subtle step between the shelves and side panels helps prevent items from slipping off, while the lower shelf is slightly smaller, allowing comfortable use as a side table. Shelves are secured by hooking onto stainless steel rods of the frame. Finished with natural oil, the trolley highlights the fine texture and linear grain of bamboo.
Perfect as a kitchen or workspace trolley, or as a living room side table, this versatile piece adapts to many spaces with style and function.
