SHIPPING AREA & DELIVERY METHODS

Our online store ships to EMS and DHL service areas, including Asia, Oceania, Europe, and North America.
At checkout, simply enter your shipping address. If delivery is available to your destination, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed automatically based on your order. If delivery is not available, it will be indicated at checkout.

⟨ Shipping Company ⟩
Orders are shipped via EMS or DHL.
• Furniture items and shipments to the United States are shipped via DHL.
• All other items are generally shipped via EMS.

For furniture items and DHL shipments to the United States, shipping fees will be quoted separately after your order is placed. You will receive a notification with the shipping cost and payment instructions.
Shipping fees vary depending on the order contents and destination. Please add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to view the estimated shipping cost.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the item including cardboard boxes and other packaging materials.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Please review the total amount, including both product price and shipping fee, before completing your order.
Please note that furniture items and shipments to the United States require a separate shipping quotation. In such cases, we will inform you of the product price or shipping cost after your order has been placed and payment has been completed.

The following costs are not included in the shipping fee and may be charged to the recipient depending on the destination country:
• Import duties, VAT, consumption tax, and other applicable taxes
• Storage fees charged in the destination country
• Redelivery fees
• Pickup fees
• Any other charges incurred in the destination country

DELIVERY TIME

For EMS shipments:
• Asia: approximately 5 days after dispatch
• Oceania / Europe: approximately 7–10 days after dispatch

For DHL shipments, delivery times vary depending on package size and destination.

DUTY AND TAX

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may be charged upon arrival in the destination country.
If such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid directly to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
Tax and customs policies vary by country. For more detailed information, please contact the customs authority in the destination country.

CAUTION OF DELIVERY

Please note that import regulations and prohibited items vary by country.
Customers are responsible for checking whether ordered products can be imported into their country before placing an order.
We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, returns, confiscations, or disposal caused by customs regulations or import restrictions after shipment.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFOUND POLICY

We take great care in checking all products before shipment. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@metrocs-global.com within 7 days of delivery.

〈Returns for Personal Reasons〉
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal reasons.

〈Cancellations〉
If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been completed, please contact us as soon as possible by replying to your order confirmation email or through the Contact Us page.
In some cases, procurement or production may begin immediately after an order is placed. In such cases, cancellations may not be possible.

RESENDING YOUR PARCEL

If your parcel is returned to us, it can be resent or cancelled according to the conditions below:

1) Reshipment
We can resend your order if you agree to cover the reshipping cost and the return shipping fee from the original shipment.
Please note that additional charges, such as customs-related fees or other costs not included in the original shipping fee, may also apply depending on the destination country.

2) Order Cancellation
If you choose not to receive the parcel and request cancellation, please note that we are unable to refund the product price or the shipping fees.
