Based on the stacking stool “No.202” created by Isamu Kenmochi, a pioneer in the field of Japanese industrial design, this stool is designed as a stand-up chair. The lightweight, easy-to-carry frame shape and thick seat gently support standing up.

Isamu Kenmochi

He formed the Japan Industrial Designers Association in 1952 with Riki Watanabe, Sori Yanagi, and others, and was a key figure in the early days of Japanese design.In 1955, he established the Kenmochi Design Institute, which has produced numerous interior design masterpieces.
