This stacking stool was created by Isamu Kenmochi, a pioneer in the field of Japanese industrial design. Combining simple beauty and functionality, it won the Good Design Long Life Design Award in 2013.

    Isamu Kenmochi

    He formed the Japan Industrial Designers Association in 1952 with Riki Watanabe, Sori Yanagi, and others, and was a key figure in the early days of Japanese design.In 1955, he established the Kenmochi Design Institute, which has produced numerous interior design masterpieces.
