Luxurious and brilliant desktop item
This is a paper weight and pen stand from the Prima Rio series by product designer Michio Akita. These products are machined from stainless steel ingots (chunks). In addition to being used as a paperweight, PM09 and PM10 can be used as a card stand and a pen stand (one pen), and PM11 can hold two pens.

• Michio Akita

  Born in Osaka, Japan in 1953. He majored in Design & Industrial Arts at Aichi Prefectural University of Fine arts and Music, and graduated in 1977. After working at Kenwood Corporation and Sony Corporation, he works as a freelance product designer from 1988. His work rage is wide from household appliances to the public equipment.
